This peach chutney is delicious alongside the Easter ham!
1 - 15 oz. can peaches, drain and chop
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 medium apple, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pickling spice
Combine in sauce pan and simmer for about 35 minutes.
