Apple Cranberry Chutney

This is a great accompaniment to the Christmas ham.

2 apples, chopped
1 c. cranberries
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. cider vinegar 
1/3-1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. orange zest
1 Tbsp. grated ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
small pinch of ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, reduce to low simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes, uncover and cook to reduce liquid.
