This is just the Famous Pumpkin Pie recipe that Libby's has printed on the back of the pumpkin puree and we love it!!!

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
4 eggs

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. mozzarella, grated
1/4 c. parmesan, grated
1 c. pizza sauce
2 oz. pepperoni, sliced

Hot and Cheesy Bean Dip

Here is another one of those recipes from Closet Cooking and this is our favorite!!!  We make it almost every Sunday during football season!!!

1 can refried beans
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
2/3 c. salsa, drained
1 - 4 oz. can green chiles, drained
1 c. cheese, grated

Mix it all, reserving some of the cheese and onions.  Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the reserved cheese and onion.  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until it is bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 45-60 minutes.
